Our tax advisory services have changed to cover Partnerships, S Corporations and C Corporations, including small businesses.  Remember tax advisory services are billed hourly.

We also do tax advisory services for individuals at $59 per hour.

Our new Service Agreement in 2026 requests a $120 Retainer upfront for all individual tax preparation services.  We highly recommend gathering all of your tax documents before making an appointment. Individuals can use www.TaxestoGo.com. You must use our specific link at: https://www.taxestogo.com/app/download/6567.  Business clients will need to use Dropbox, Google or another method.

The fee will be based on a flat fee according to the forms and schedules required. It is identical for all clients and does not relate to the amount of refund or tax refund related product.  The base fee applies to all Partnerships, S-Corporations and C-Corporations. Fee may vary depending on complexity of the tax return.

All form 1040 Schedule C, IRS form 1065, and S-Corp or C Corp tax returns 1120 are sent for a review before filing.

The Base Fee for preparation of a Business Plan, Operating Agreement or Articles of Organization under a state law is $125, however, may vary depending on required forms and schedules by the State Tax Authority.

Mobile Tax Associates will offer 3 levels of Fractional CFO Services, Bookkeeping on a regular recurring monthly basis at $500 per month, Accountant at $1200 per month, or Fractional CFO at $2500 per month!

Mobile Tax Associates LLC has a Certifying Acceptance Agent (CAA) who can verify identity based on documents presented and submit the application directly to the IRS for processing. Our Spanish partner can assist the Latino community to apply for or renew their ITIN number. The Form W-7 is available on our website in English and Spanish versions.

Mobile Tax Associates will review letters or notices received from the IRS or your state and prepare a penalty relief form to submit and waive the penalty.  For 6 years we have had great success with over $40,000 in penalties being removed !
